(More customer reviews)This is a large capacity coffee / tea carafe with a PHENOMENAL ability to hold temperature; even after 8-10 hours, beverages are still warm. This is from Zojirushi's restaurant / hotel line and not really intended for home use; it's expensive and has a funny lid intended to fit directly under a drip coffeemaker. But highly recommended if you want to make coffee once and keep it hot all day.

(More customer reviews)I received this carafe with my Capresso 4490.The 4490 has since gone to the coffee maker trash bin while the carafe is still working.Now, I just make coffee and transfer it to the carafe.It truly does keep coffee warm for hours - 6-8 hours - if you make sure to close the top tight after each pour.The real test came when we had work done on the outside of our house in very cold weather and the workers kept the carafe outside with them.The coffee remained hot !I liked the carafe so well, I bought another just to have on hand and have used both for large crowds.I have never experienced a carafe that works as well as this one.

Designed as a replacement piece for the Capresso ST600 coffeemaker, this stainless-steel thermal vacuum carafe keeps coffee hot for up to four hours. The 10-cup unit comes with a secure lid and a drip-free pouring spout for graceful serving. At the end of the brewing cycle, remove carafe and turn the lid to the closed position in order to preserve the temperature and aroma. The thermal carafe measures approximately 6-4/5 by 9-4/5 by 9 inches.
