(More customer reviews)I worked with the company to get a replacement and I had to pay $22 to ship the product back to the company before they would replace it. After following the directions for return with return authorization # the company did not acknowledge the return until I tracked the shipment and had to produce all the information to prove it. In the end, they refunded the cost of the pot but I am still out the $22 for return shipment. I am disappointed with the outcome.
