(More customer reviews)After reading all of the negative reviews of the lower priced espresso machines I decided to see if they really were that bad. The answer is they are not. The fault mostly lies with people getting broken machines which is very common with any appliance or people simply not using properly. However, this machine is an outstanding value and is built like a tank and is very reliable. The water is heated properly and hot enough that there is always a layer of crema on top. The machine is also very quiet compared to others. But most importantly, the espresso tastes great especially when you get the proper espresso. I can tell you that if you get one that was properly put together you will love it and within a month it will have payed for itself making up for spending 4 bucks for a good cup of espresso at a coffee shop.
