(More customer reviews)I work in an office where nothing with a heater is allowed - No coffee pots or hots pots etc. There is a water cooler that has a boiling hot water tap.

I have owned the Bodum pour over drip coffee maker for around 2 years making coffee every day. It is not fragile (as some reviewers suggest) - but if you are prone to breaking glass things.....

French press coffee is good - but the actual presses are messy and a pain to clean out the grounds.

If I was able to use an automatic coffee-pot I would - this is the next best thing.

The device has been a life-saver.

Good side:
It works and makes tasty coffee

Bad Side:
It is slow and needs to have more hot water poured in manually

Advice:
Put a paper coffee filter inside the other filter for easy clean-up
