(More customer reviews)After they sent me 3 shipments of 8 cup non-commercial sized filters, they were at a loss as to why they couldn't fill the order.They gave me a refund and let me keep all of the filters instead of returning them. Sorry for the delay in review.I got these a long time ago, so they may have solved their problem.
