(More customer reviews)This is a nice coffeemaker. I have had it for many years but I dropped it while moving and the lid broke off. After a few years, it did start to leak a little water on the counter, but it wasn't that bad. I like the easy dispense and that it kept the coffee hot without burning it. I have read problems with the clock on the upscale version. I am glad I stuck with this one because it is simple. I just wish I could get a replacement lid for it.
