(More customer reviews)The greatest feature of this coffee maker is that it can brew two different cups of coffee at once!We love this feature!It has reusable filters which save the expense and waste of one-use filters.

Unfortunately, it has some "features" that I consider flaws.
- The reusable filters always seem to have waste coffee grounds to be washed out, we still have not gotten used to this addition to the morning routine.
- The filter baskets that hold the filters swing towards the back of the unit, making it necessary to reach around the unit or turn it in order to be able to access the filter baskets.
- The water level gauge on the front of the unit tends to lag behind the level of the water in the resevoir, as it is filled by a small hole at the bottom of the gauge.
- If you overfill the water tank, the extra water spills out of a hole in the back of the unit with little warning.
- The coffee maker does not appear to ever shut off on its own.
- If you forget to properly select, 1-cupor 2-cups, you will have liquid all over the counter.

The overall construction of the coffee maker is of modest but workable quality, but we are somewhat concerned about the quality of the travel mugs.
