(More customer reviews)Makes good coffee. I like the thermal carafe because it keeps coffee hot longer and can you take it to table. I didn't give it 5 stars because plastic is a little poorly made. But it works and the price was good.
UPDATE:
Since I wrote above I decided to return it. The plastic is very poor quality and is warping. Edges don't line up well. Not worth keeping.

I would change the stars to only 2.
