(More customer reviews)I suspect the first reviewer here couldn't figure out how to use the product. It's not complicated, but it isn't as simple as turning it on and pressing a button. It happens to be make a great espresso, the frothing unit works well, and it's easy to clean.The product has a nice solid weight and a fine finish, it looks pretty solid and a cut above the plastic shell units that sell for less money.
I recommend it as a good bridge product -- not quite professional but better than the most readily available espresso makers.
